Booking terms and conditions

• For 1 night only bookings: full payment is required after the reservation is confirmed.

• For bookings received within 1 month prior to arrival: full payment is required after the reservation is confirmed.

• For all other bookings: a 20% deposit is required within 7 days after invoice receipt and the final balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.

• For cancellations received within 30 days, and no later than 7 days before arrival, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Cancellations received within 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

• Changes are subject to € 25,- administration fee plus any price difference if applicable.

• Payments are only transferable with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

• No refunds can be given for departing nights early.

• No pets allowed in any of the lodge accommodation, log cabin, hungry hill pod or stone cottage.

• Pets are allowed on the campsite but must be kept on a lead at ALL times.

• No extra people, cars, tents or gazebos are allowed unless pre-booked.

• Charging of electric vehicles is only allowed at the designated parking area (against payment). It is not allowed to use our electric hook-ups for EV charging as these hook-ups are not suitable.

• Check-in time for the campsite is between 13.00 and 20.00hrs and for the self-catering units and rooms it’s between 15.00 and 20.00hrs.

• Late check-in after 20.00hrs needs to be requested and will incur an extra fee.

• Check-out time for the campsite is before 12.00hrs noon and for the self-catering units and rooms it’s 10.00hrs.

• Late check-out will incur a fee equal to the nightly rate paid.
